Adult Basketball Club
For Adults 18 & Older

The Adult Basketball Club meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Lakeville Elementary School from 8:30-10:00pm.  This is a $5 drop-in fee and the club is limited to the first twenty participants.  

The Fall session will meet from September  through December 21.  There will be no club on November 30.  

The Winter session will meet January 9 though April 25.  There will be no club on February 20, March 26 & 28.  

Anytime the school is closed, we will not have drop in basketball.

Adult Golf Information will be available in the Spring/Summer Activity Guide.

Meet new friends and enjoy a game or tow of Cornhole! All levels of play welcome. Game play starts at 9:00am and will be an hour in length. Indoor at OTPR Senior Center Thursdays thru April. Outdoor at OTPR Shuffleboard Courts Fridays May- September.

In shuffleboard it’s all about the strategy Come out and test your strategy and have fun with all.

Stroll in the Park Wednesdays!

Get out and get fit, all while enjoying a relaxing stroll through Seymour Lake Township Park. It’s a great way to enjoy the beauty of the park while getting some exercise and meet some new friends!

OTPR- Senior Center 9:00am

Meet new friends and enjoy a relaxing ride n the Polly Ann Trail and on safe roads around town. All levels of bicycling experience welcome. Typical organized rides will be an hour in length.

Ride Smart: Helmets required, water bottle, rear reflector or red blinking light.

Powell Lake Township Park Thursdays, May- September 9:00am. Meet at the pavilion.

Lessons are offered by Tom Decker. Tom is a Nationally Certified Pickleball Instructor and has taught for over 5 years. Lessons are held at Seymour Lake Township Park at the tennis courts. These are multi-purpose courts. Paddles may be provided (if you have one, please bring it).

Introduction Beginner Lessons: The introduction class will cover basic rules, shots (dinks, ground strokes, placement, serves), scoring and play.

Intermediate Lessons: The intermediate class you will work on skill development / improvement in dinking, serving net play, ground strokes, tactics and strategy in both drills and game situations. Basic shot skills are recommended.

Advanced Lessons: The advanced class you will cover strategies, movement, advanced skill drills, and an overview of the player rating system, as well as an informal evaluation.

Pickleball supervised  open court play:

M-F 8:30am- 11:00am May thru September weather permitting.

Courts are multipupose and OTPR programs have priority on the courts.
