POWER YOGA
Adults 16 & Over Min: 4  Max: 12
Classic style of yoga where students learn to generate heat in the body, promoting greater range of motion, detoxification, and most importantly healing. Bringing body, mind and spirit into perfect alignment. Optional neck and shoulder massage given during meditation portion of class. Bring mat, blanket and water bottle.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

A synchronizing of postures to put the body, mind & spirit into perfect alignment. For beginners as well as advanced. Bring sticky mat and blanket.

GENTLE HATHA YOGA

Relax, rejuvenate and restore. This form of yoga is a pleasure to learn and easy to implement into your daily schedule. Assists in relieving inflammation due to joint and muscular pain. Quiets mind and calms nervous system. Optional neck and shoulder massage given during meditation portion of class. Bring mat, blanket, neck tie or strap.

BELLY DANCING

Always wanted to try Belly Dancing but never had the time?   If your very busy schedule leaves you little time for yourself, try this one night class!  Enjoy a night out with the girls, relax and get some exercise and a few good laughs.  See above Belly Dancing class for complete description.

BELLY DANCING
Adults 16 & Over
Whether you are looking for a fun, or you think you might want to “be a belly dancer”, this is a fabulous way to bring out your very best self. Enjoy a terrific cardio workout, learn all basic movements of belly dance (including beautiful Shakira choreography), lose weight, relieve back pain, and improve muscle strength and tone. Learn a dance that’s been great for women for centuries- updated to challenge, affirm and inspire the woman you are now.  Come dance with us!  For women of any age, shape or fitness level.  Class is taught by Russian Belly Dancer with many years of performing and teaching in Russia and in Germany.  Oct-Nov session will include the use of veils, provided by the instructor.  Jan-Feb session will include the use of candles, provided by the instructor.

YOGA FUSION

TOTAL CONDITIONING
This high-powered workout will test your muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance using a variety of formats like kickboxing, bootcamp, athletic drills, interval training and muscle work. CARDIO SCULPT
Start with 30 minutes of heart-pumping cardio followed by 30 minutes of non-stop body sculpting for a juicy combination of cardio, toning, core strengthening and stretch.  A fantastic total body workout!  Bring a mat, stability ball and hand weights to class.

CARDIO CHALLENGE
Adults 18 & Over  
Lose weight and get lean with this Boot Camp style workout. This class will improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. Taught by a certified instructor, this class will challenge you with basic cardio moves and athletic type training while always keeping safety a priority. All fitness levels are welcome! Are you up for the challenge? Please bring hand weights, yoga (sticky) mat, and stability ball.
